Quaility Rating and Improvement System Grant
Advocates for Children of New Jersey (ACNJ) has led the Build New Jersey Partners for Early Learning (Build NJ) initiative since 2002, and was the lead agency for the recently approved NJ Grows Quality Rating and Improvement System Assessment Tool which will be used to measure the quality level of early childhood education in diverse early childhood programs in New Jersey. The William Penn Foundation has approved a 24-month grant to Rutgers University Foundation, Institute for Effective Education to test the reliability and validity of the NJ Grows Quality Rating and Improvement System Assessment Tool.
